Return and Refund / Cancellation Policy

At Apple IT Computerz, we are committed to providing you with high-quality laptops, accessories, and IT solutions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or a technical issue may arise.

Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items. This means you have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.

If 7 days have passed since the delivery or pickup of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. However, your device may still be covered under its applicable Warranty for repairs.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
    • Brand New Items: Must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all seals intact.
    • Pre-Owned/Refurbished Items: Must be in the exact physical and working condition as sold, with no new scratches, dents, or software modifications.
  • Accessories: All original accessories, manuals, chargers, and boxes must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Security: All personal data, passwords, and cloud accounts (e.g., iCloud, Google Account) must be removed from the device before returning.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable software products or physical software where the seal has been broken.
  • Services that have already been performed (e.g., labor charges for repairs, diagnostic fees, software installation fees).
  • Gift cards.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us or visit our store within the 7-day window with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Inspection: If you are visiting the store, our technicians will inspect the device immediately. If you are shipping the item back, we will inspect it upon receipt.
  3. Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or store credit, if preferred) within 5–7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted (at our discretion) for items that are returned with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of use that were not present at the time of sale.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: If you place an order online and wish to cancel it, you may do so for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped or picked up.
  • After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, you must wait for the item to arrive and then process it as a Return under the 7-day policy. Shipping costs in this scenario are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective unit for the same item, please contact us within the 7-day window.
